Lyle Laney as Dennis Dupree
(Producer, Co-Director, Co-Choreographer) Lyle is happy to bring this smash hit musical to the WNC stage. He has a degree in musical theatre, knows his way around the dance stage and dreams of flying helicopters someday.
Jacob Walas as The Mayor
(Co-Director, Co-Choreographer) Jacob is a native of North Carolina and has been working professionally in Asheville as a performer, teacher, director, and choreographer for the last 5 years. Jacob is the Academy Program Director for the Asheville Performing Arts Academy, and he shares his passion for the arts with many local theatres. Most recently Jacob was a feature dancer in the Asheville Lyric Opera’s production of West Side Story, and in the spring he played Bobby in A Chorus Line at Asheville Community Theatre.
Bradshaw Call as Lonny
Bradshaw Call is so very excited to be part of this production. This is a dream role and he would like to thank Lyle and Jacob for this opportunity. Bradshaw has been seen in several productions in the Asheville area. Thank you for coming out to support live theatre and the arts in Asheville.
Luke Haynes as Stacee Jaxx
Luke Haynes can’t wait to perform Rock of Ages in the city of Asheville. He has performed many shows in Asheville and wants to thank his family and friends for their years of support.
Taylor Aldrich as Sherrie
Taylor Aldrich is a graduate of the University of North Carolina School of the Arts (BFA Drama ’13). Since graduating she has been in several regional productions, as well as New York City workshops. You may have seen her in town as Diana Morales in A Chorus Line at Asheville Community Theater, or Rosalia in West Side Story with Asheville Lyric Opera.

Tiffanie loves her family and makes love to her elbows. Oh wait, and SHE’S LOUD! And she loves her pups “aka” el chicorones!
Heather Gallagher Co-Producer
Heather Gallagher is delighted to be co-producing this musical with such a talented group of peoples. Though running the Asheville Performing Arts Academy full time is her passion, she loves the opportunity to be on stage when her schedule permits.
Zacary Landolt as Franz
Zacary is thrilled to be a part of this outrageously talented cast. He’s previously appeared in productions at ACT and HART.
Maximilion Koger as Drew
Maximilian is so far beyond ecstatic and grateful to be tackling his first lead role in a musical. The fact that it’s with LW Productions just makes it that much better. Maximilian would like to dedicate this performance to his late Grandfather, one of his most fierce and unwavering supporters. He wants to thank everyone who did and didn’t believe in him along his winding road in the performing arts. He also wants to thank everyone in the audience for supporting live, local, professional theatre and the arts as a whole. Enjoy the show!.
Conner Hall as Maxine
Conner has studied with the Asheville Ballet since the age of four. She has danced lead roles in performances such as The Nutcracker, Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, and Carmen. In May of 2015, Conner graduated from UNC Asheville with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Policy and Field Biology. This production of Rock of Ages is her second appearance in a professional musical, and would like to dedicate this performance to all those who have ever told her that she should only stick with dancing.
Calintha Briggs as Dream Sherrie
Calintha Briggs is very excited to be a part of the incredibly talented Rock of Ages cast! She was last seen as Inga in Young Frankenstein at ACT. Favorite past roles include Laurey Williams in Oklahoma! (HART), Victoria Clark in A Grand Night for Singing(HART), Mother in The Best Christmas Pageant Ever (BLT), The Baroness in I Want My Mummy (BLT) and Purity in Anything Goes (BLT). She studied voice at the University of Central Florida and has been a lead singer in several professional cover bands in the last few years. She would like to thank her amazing fiancé, Mark, for his constant love and support.
Karyn Panek as Diamond
Karyn Panek is thrilled to be working with such a talented, encouraging, and fun group of people. She has been in various musicals at the Asheville Community Theater and is grateful for this town and its support of the arts.
Nana Hosmer Griffin as Regyna
Nana Hosmer Griffin is thrilled to be joining an incredible cast and crew for this show. With Asheville Community Theatre, she has performed in RENT, Kiss Me, Kate, The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, Annie Get Your Gun, as The Lady of the Lake in SPAMALOT!, and most recently as Elizabeth in Young Frankenstein. She performed in the “pit chorus” for Terpsicorps’ The Scarlett Letter, and was featured in The Modern American Music Project’s recent production of David Lang’s The Little Match Girl Passion. Last spring, she had the opportunity to work with the Asheville Performing Arts Academy in their Academy Member production of Once on This Island as Erzulie. She is the second soprano in Asheville’s preeminent vocal chamber ensemble Pastyme, has sung with the Asheville Choral Society for over 10 seasons. This production has special meaning for her, as it is the first with her husband, Tom Griffin.
Tom Griffin Backing Vocals
Tom Griffin is a chef who is super excited to be a part of this production! Tom has been in several shows in high school and college, including a production of You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown that toured schools in North England and Scotland. More recently, Tom is a regular at several local karaoke
nights, and has always aspired to front a rock band called Full Throttle Aristotle. He is especially excited to join his wife, Nana Hosmer Griffin, in this awesome show.
Jacob Chandler as Candi
Jacob is a native of Asheville and is excited to become one of the newest members of the Asheville Performing Arts. He has studied with the Asheville Ballet Company through modern dance as well as ballet. Jacob is a costume designer and makeup artist ,but his true expression is dance. He is honored to be able to work with the such a talented cast.
Erin Murphy as Diamond
Erin is an adventurer from New Jersey, who found her way to the mountains of Western North Carolina almost two years ago. Her passion for the human experience through creative expression, along with support and encouragement from family and friends, has led her to the stage. She is beyond grateful to be accompanying such a talented group of individuals in the Rock of Ages production.
James Hamilton as Joey Primo
James has been studying and playing music for the majority of his life. Began learning music and guitar at the age of 7. He has just recently become interested in musical theater and is excited to appear in his first musical with LW Productions.
Daisy Talley – Production Coordinator
Daisy earned her BA in Theatre from UNC-Wilmington, where she interned under Frank Capra Jr. at Screen Gems Studios. She has served as the Project Manager for Cirque Du Soleil’s mobile marketing tours, and has also headed up casting for Broadway’s “Chicago” street team in New York City.
She relocated from San Diego, California where she was working as a promoter for Liberty Studios first feature “Walking with the Enemy”, starring Academy Award Winner, Sir Ben Kingsley.
Daisy is excited to be back to her native state, North Carolina, and to continue growing with the artistic community in Asheville.
